I have a eB web application that works great when it is located on our network. When I put it out on our DMZ it seems to work fine except when we try to launch a file. Below is the error that we get. Thanks for your help in advance.

Do you get such error when launching other file type in example MS office when opening doc or it's only with pdf/AdobeAcrobat?
Does Adobe Acrobat gives this error when file is downloaded using action "Get local copy" or "checked out" ?

After completing a get local copy. I open the file in a text editor and this is the only thing in it. "An error occurred while trying to open the stream"
I am able to get local copy and view the exact same file if I use a eB web application that is not in our DMZ.
When creating the web application we had to use the ip address for the eB server instead of the server name.
