Hi All
I am building a community in 15.6 that includes the following "audit" requirement:
- Track when users log into the system
- Track which users open a document
When I look through the posted Audit Trial guide, I see lots about create and delete of objects, but nothing about how Users interact with them. Under the "User" Select Object Type in the Audit Trail in eB SMC I find an item called "Logged On", but am not able to make "Tracking Required" and so do not see any Audit entries in the "Audit Details" section of the Person object for my test user.
Any ideas and help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Alistair

Hi John,
Following on from this - was this change ever implemented?
In the Audit Details section on a document when you audit a file being Checked Out or Checked In - it is listed under Changed with the below description:
Instead of this - under the Checked Out/In section is it possible to list the name of the file that has been Checked Out/In, along with the date and time?
Thanks
Hi Mitch,
I am using eB 15.6.1 with HF 375, and found below options:
So that gives me Date and Time I checked out which file.
Hi Mitch,Through eB Web, Check out and Check in looks same, just the value gets changed from New Value and Old Value. But We can understand that from Director easily.I checkedOut 3 files from the system but checkIn only 1 and that recorded under ChangedBy as shown below:
