Downloading files with IE 9

Hi Catherine, can you attach the error or explain what happens when they try to checkout.

When the user tries to check out it appears to be successful but when the user looks in their check out location the file isn't there.. if they choose to launch the file after checking out they get an error:

"Sorry, we couldn't find your file. Is it possible that it was removed, renamed or deleted?"

So I think that the users machine isn't allowing eB to save the file.. but I don't know what security modifications need to be made to allow eB to work..

Hi Catherine, what is the location of the Checkout folder? Is is local to the machine or is it on a network drive somewhere else?

it's to the local machine, the desktop..

Hi Catherine, as a test can you change the checkout location to C:\Checkout and create that folder in the C:| drive and test again. Sometime the desktop can cause issue. Ive seen in the past.
