Hello,
There seems to be a problem when users try and checkout files once they have upgraded their browser and / or OS. I believe this may be due to security setting on their browser or O/S, and something is stopping the files being saved. Are there recommened settings that should be applied to allow documents to be checked out?

Hi Derek,
When the user tries to check out it appears to be successful but when the user looks in their check out location the file isn't there.. if they choose to launch the file after checking out they get an error:
"Sorry, we couldn't find your file. Is it possible that it was removed, renamed or deleted?"
So I think that the users machine isn't allowing eB to save the file.. but I don't know what security modifications need to be made to allow eB to work..
