Hi Bentley and the Forum,
We are working to get our eB instance v15.4.1 to be external via a gateway and we can log into eB all OK but we are finding that we cannot see our search folders and reports within the Explorer menu. It just appears blank. Do you have any idea why this could be happening and what needs to be done to fix it?

We have some folders and some search reports on their own but both don't come up. It just appears blank in the box where the "tree" should be. No, they are standard eB eQL type reports. Thank you!!

Since this request for help, we have done some testing of our own!
We have found that this explorer issue where the search folders/reports do not appear occurs on our personal machines where either Windows 7 64-Bit IEv11 or Windows 7 64-Bit Firefox v33 is used. It actually worked OK with older versions of IE and older versions of the Windows platform on our personal machines.
Has eB Insight v15.4.1 been tested on Windows 7 64-Bit machines?
Also, has eB Insight v15.4.1 been tested on different versions newer than IE8?
We want to see if our eB will only work properly with IE8 or less on our Windows 7 64-Bit machines.

Hi Julie, here is the list of the supported software for v 15.4.1. There are known issues with IE 9,10,&11 for v15.4.1 so they are NOT supported. IE11 will be supported in our upcoming v16 in December.
