eQL or SQL for Persons/User Report

Hi Alistair,
From eQL, last specifications seems to be tough to get as we dont find last date for access.
I am trying to get SQL where we can have all three specifications within one query.

I have checked on our system and we only have "Changed" in the Audit for when a person is made "Not Active", the first two should be OK though, I'll leave that to the very capable and helpful Manav :)

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, when I look at a randomly selected "disabled" user I find that there are numerous change events that have occurred to the account over the ~4 years of its existence.
However, that gives me an idea that I will work while Manav does his research --- can I retrieve the last Changed audit entry for that user (SQL MAX function) and see if I can use that as the disable date.

Yes, we have that too :( oh yes course that would help you. Gives you a good indication of when they were made Not Active anyway as unlikely to have been changed again since. No probs, glad to help give you the idea!! :)

Yes we can use MAX function on SQL but not with eQL.
I got the working SQL query but was consulting with consultants as I dont want my query hit any table directly. :-)
