I know that eB isn't officially supported on iPad, but is there any reason why I would get the following behaviour when trying to select a name from a pick list? Can the iPad be configured to work differently?
In the screenshot below, when picking the offered name, a tick briefly appears, but the bubble then disappears and the name is not entered into the field on the form.

Hello Stuart, I’m experiencing same behavior on our side. Unfortunately none of setting changes solved this. The only workaround for Ipad I can think of now is Chrome. I’ve tested it and it worked with no problem Best regards Gintautas
