eB Director explorer view

Question

The second number field and revision of documentation is not displayed when viewing explorer in eB Director. The revision is however displayed when viewed in eB web. The previous version (before 15.6.115) of eB Director displayed both number fields and the revision. Please see examples. 
 Please advice.

Hi Jeanne,

You can do it in both ways. You can follow the implementation guide from page 23 which you can find under documentation folder. Take the Backup first and uninstall all the eB old software install the new software and upgrade DB using SMC.
If there are any customization at your end then you should contact Bentley consultant to do the upgrade.

Please create any service request if you need any Bentley support assistance. If there is any customization at your end then you need to contact Professional services team via Account Manager. 
 
To get Bentley support user can create new Service request from below link. 
 ims.bentley.com/.../Login 
If user doesn’t have an account ask them to register and create their profile.
