I have a work order defined that contains several work steps. The last step is the approval work step. The work order controls the approval of a physical item. Other documents are created and associated to the physical item as the work order progresses.
When the approval work order step is completed the system approves all related objects and the parent physical item. The problem is that it seems to be approving the physical item first and then the child documents. The consequence of this is that the physical item baseline is empty because at the time the item is approved the documents have not yet been approved. Any ideas how I can address this issue please?
