Customize snapshot template for transmittal

Hi Ezequiel,

can you share more details about your current configuration and the additional data you wish to customize? I want to try to replicate and test if the changes you are asking for are currently supported.

Perhaps it will be better to open a support request for this issue in order to share the screenshots and configuration information.

The idea is to get the values of any attribute or any relationship (eg: location, Item, etc) into a colum of the printed transmittal, I know there is a way using Snapshots, but that´s all I know.

In order to make your test just create some documents, add one relationship and fill one attribute in each of them, then put them into a distribution order and try to get that attribute and the realationship into the printable version of the transmittal.

One of my colleagues did some testing on this and found that seems that the Transmittal brings data only one level down, that means that if you need attributes retrieved from document or relationships then snapshot needs to be created from a Document and the information is not available when creating from a Distribution Order.

If you want to pursue this further please open an SR so we can route it as an enhancement request since at this time it seems to be working as designed.
