Notification for changing a document

I Need to know how i received a notification directly after a document was approved with CC enabled.

We normally have a add in to use and then distribute to all shareholders the new approved documents via a distribution list eg:Policy

I have now received this mail notification below, i would like to know how this was sent to me, and if so how can i use this notification for all shareholders so next time when i update a document with CC, the notification sends a mail to all recipients intended for
