corrupt user profile

Question

Hi there, 
 We have a problem with a corrupt user profile, whereby on attempting to open her profile on eB web or eB Director, the system hangs and the programe stops responding. 
 My first question is whether this has happened before and is a known issue with a working solution. 
 Secondly, if we were to delete the user account and recreate it, is there a way of assigning all the responsibilies and associations of the old corrupt user with a new one.

In regards to this. The user has permission to view their person object but the issue still persists. 
 
Is there a limit to how many objects eB web/Director can return? It seems that in Director the issue is when trying to access her Audit Trail - an issue I've replicated with other users with a similar amount of audit details. 
 
In Web you can access her profile with persistent effort but it throws the error "Too many object to display" in the Documents Held section. It returns a massive list of duplicate files and then throws that error. Have you heard of this before?

Could you please check the windows event logs and see if it shows any error details ?. Does the user has View permission on their own Person Object ? As Every user must have view permission on their own person object to login 
 You can create a new object person and use the SQL scripts to transfer all the relational data like responsibilities and the associations of the old user data .
