New Revision option in eB Web is not shown for Approved documents with obsolete dates

Hi All, 
 
 We have a customer reporting an issue with eB Web v15.4.1 and we were able to reproduce It in house. In eB Web the New Revision option is correctly shown for Approved Documents. But then in some moment in time the document reaches It's Obsolete Date but they still need to make new revisions on that document. 
 How can we make the New Revision option available in this case? 
 Please advice ASAP, thanks in advance, kind regards,

Hello Sebastian, 
 
Logic of eB is that if you have created document which is not ‘right’ then you should use delete or obsolete. Usually obsolete is being used as users still wants to keep record in system that something was done. 
Creating new revision Document from obsolete Document in most of the cases is not a right process from eB stand point and copy button was implemented only as workaround for these few cases. If ‘New revision’ button is a must then please do contact Professional Services and they will implement this customization.
