In IE 11, the turtle icon is requiring a duplicate double-click to launch the Add File window.

Question

A user who just updated to IE 11 is experiencing difficulty selecting the turtle without having to double-click twice on the turtle icon. She did not experience this issue when selecting the turtle with previous versions. 
 Has anyone else seen this issue?

Hi Brayan, The workaround reg fix provided should resolve your issue. After making the changes from reg just add the eBweb link to compatibility view settings from the eB server. This will resolve your issue for users as well.

Hi Brayan, 
 I had tested this issue at our end. 
 This seems to be IE 11 causing this issue on windows7/windows server 2008r2 as it works on windows 8/ Windows server 2012 with IE 11.

Hi Patrick, I had tested this issue of different servers this issue was causing due to specific IE version IE version 11.0.9600.18015 on windows 2008 server/windows 7. As the IE version IE 11.0.9600.18036 on windows8 /2012 server works fine. In the mentioned Service Request the workaround is provided which will resolve your issue. The workaround provided in this link resolves the issue for IE version 11.0.9600.18015 stackoverflow.com/.../double-click-event-not-working-on-windows-7-ie-11-when-control-does-not-have-f

You will need to fix this issue by making the changes in the registry on each individual machine. I have reported this issue as a defect 319138 in team suite.
