Adding files in web client - "directory name invalid"

Hello to all,
This is happening to us only in Windows 10 and only to non power-users. In this case if you click on Internet Explorer and select Run as Administrator this particular error message will not appear. However, this is not always possible for simple users with restricted access to their computers.
Can someone let us know what permissions should be given to which folder in the OS to get round this?

Obviously I meant Run IE as Administrator and then enter eB and try upload a file whichever way ("turtle" or the standard file upload method).

Also, the exact error message that comes up reads: "I'm sorry there was a problem creating the temporary folder for transfer. The directory name is invalid".

After a lot of investigation we figured out that for whatever reason for non-administrative users the eB ActiveX tries to use an erroneous non-existent path which is %temp%\low\Bentley\eB.Control.IEControl. Simply create this path under %temp% ( usually C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Temp ) and all should work fine.

My name is Adzrai and my colleague who accessing it from home encountered the same problem. Can you elaborate more on 'Simply create this path under %temp%' because I don't quite understand it. Thanks!
