There are some users who need to be able to work from home using the web client.
It all looks ok until they try to drop a file on the "turtle" and then they get the message " I'm sorry, there was a problem creating the temporary folder for transfer. The directory name is invalid"
How can they fix this?
What about resolving the issue with a patch? If that user starts using another computer they will have to log a call with IT. Each time a new profile is created on a computer the Bentley\eB.Control.IEControl\ folder must be created. Surely this is not a satisfactory solution.
I have found after more digging that if you add the site to trusted sites this will resolve the issue. I am unsure how to link a site so please accept my apologies if I break rules. Here is the link:
