Bulk Import error

Question

I am trying to use the Bulk Import for the first time. 
 
 I have an ini file and a corresponding spreadsheet of data but when I try to rin the import I get the following error 
 Failed to Import Documents. Exception Stack Trace: { --- Begin of exception stack trace --- System.Exception: Failed to Import Documents. at eB.Management.QueueJobHelper.InvokeCustomEngine(QueueEngineProcess qep, String engineDll, String engineNamespace, String proxyConnectInfo, IDictionary`2 jobAttributes) at eB.Management.QueueJobHelper.ProcessQueueEntry(Object sender, PollEventArgs e) --- End of exception stack trace --- } 
 
 What do I need to fix

Hello Sue, 
 
 If you do use range option it's a must to have all columns filled. 
 
 You can use single column mapping option (see screenshot bellow) and specify more than one column by separating them using commas. Using this configuration you can leave these columns blank in spreadsheet and you won&rsquo;t get any error message when importing.

What is the end_flag column defined as? End_Flag should always be column A. Is the work queue service enabled for the community? Have you changed xlsx instead of xls it might give this error when using xlsx file.
