Is it possible to get a copy of the eB SDK exercises for 15.5.1 or for the online training? Thanks.

I assume you have Bentley Learn Server login credentials, as you have Be communities to post your queries. 
I would ask you to try below link for eB SDK training: 
 learn.bentley.com/.../ViewLearningPathDetails 
 
If your still not able to login or find any authorization issue, I would request you to contact Account Manager to get one for you.
