How can I add an extra windows authentication entry for multiple users

On what version of eB are you working. How many users do you have. Does all the users need the change?

we are using 15.5.1. I have about 200 users that I need to do this for, it is not all the users (but most of the active users). We are going through a multi-stage transition. I ended up just doing it all manually for the first phase, since it had to be done.

you will need to adjust it for your db
update users set user_id = 'BENTLEY\' + UPPER(B.FIRST_NAME) + '.' + UPPER(B.SURNAME)
FROM USERS A, PERSONS B
WHERE
A.PERSON_ID = B.PERSON_ID AND
A.PROVIDER = 2 AND
A.USER_ID NOT IN ('Your detail\ADMINISTRATOR','CASPER')
