Bulk Import Duplication

Hello,

A user has tried to import documents using the bulk import utility. Somehow, eB appears to have tried the import twice. The import container has 2 success and 2 error logs.

This has caused an issue, as the documents were added the first time, and then any that had any kind of error (even when the document was created anyway) were added again (albeit the document number update wasn't successful so just the default number was given).

Do you know how this has happened?

    Hi,

    When creating document in eB web using standard Document Creation Wizard and adding file in first step using ‘Turtle’ icon (Step2) in outcome Document you might see multiple document copies with same file.

    This happens because template that is selected in first step has multiple document copies.
    To overcome this you need to add files after document is created, as at that point you will be prompted where would you like to store file.
