get all files - not working for a few users

We are using eB version 15.5.1

We know about removing the last "/" from the path.

For most people, so long as they remove the "/" get all files works ok, but there are at least 2 users who this does not work for. They can do other file handling tasks, just not get all files.

Is there anything specific to those users that we should check to resolve this issue?

Hello Sue,

What version of eB you are using? I don't recall that we would have this issue and I've just tested on your side and could not reproduce this issue on 15.6.
Let us know do users get error message ? What browser versions they do use?
Also worth to check permissions on folder they are trying to export files to.

We are using 15.5.1 and IE 11.
They are trying to export to their desktop. It works ok if they are on a different computer, where it works for other users.
I have to correct one of my statements above about other file handling - they have the "turtle" on the create screen, but not on the regular view a document screen.
When they try to download files it spins for a really long time so they just cancel it.

Hello Sue,

It's probably going to be issue with ActiveX as you can see turtle on creation screen but not from object. Follow Wiki article how to fix it and let us know how it goes
