How to add wait page during the create document button?

Hello Ashri,
This is hardcoded and without a change in web code can’t be enabled for Document creation process. There is wait page for searches/reports as you would expect that it might take some time to get the results but this was not implemented on Document creation window as document creation should be instant process.
Standard document creation should not take 22-75 seconds, unless you would upload file but in that case you should see file upload bar. Does it take same amount of time when documents created in Director?

Thanks for the reply. The time taken to see the document creation page depends on the user role. With my admin page seems to take longer to open because it needs to check all the templates that are available for me. Whilst the basic user that has access to limited number of document templates seem to be faster. It's hard to replicate the scenario using the eB director because there's no document wizard there.

This is custom Document creation menu. All these fields are filtered depending on selections you do and it works slow because there are a lot, going on in the background.
You will need to contact your Account Manager and raise this directly with Professional Services as they are the ones who could help you regarding this customization.
