Bulk acknowledge transmittals in eB via spreadsheet or bulk upload form?

Hi Bentley, 
 I previously asked about bulk acknowledging transmittals in eB and you kindly helped me and explained how you can do it via eB Web. is there also a way to do it via a spreadsheet like the provisioning one or via a bulk upload form at all? please could you advise.

This cannot be done via spreadsheet. But attached document does show how to do it.
