As I understand you want to transfer audit from one document to another. If that’s so, it’s not possible. This would require direct changes in data from DB side.
Why would you want to do this ? Why can’t you just continue working with old document or create new revision of this document so you could proceed with new one as Current and make search that it would not show Historic ones, but they still could check audit if required. Maybe even use Contextual Report and you could see audit from other document without a need of navigating to that doc (of course, in all cases old document should not be deleted otherwise data on audit would be deleted as well)

I have spoken to 2 people. They say that Professional Services will have to do the changes in the database. So this will be done by Natasha’s team. I will contact Natasha and ask her to send you a quote on what the cost will be. Unfortunately this cannot be done from our side.
