Very often check-in a file is confirmed to be successful but, no file is uploaded and nothing showing in the audit tray either. We are using the EB version: 15.6.1. The issue can be avoid only when the user clears his cache beforehand. The problem is, during this process, if the local copy is selected to be deleted, the user will automatically lose the file. Can you assist please?

Hi Stephane, Just to confirm, when user checkin successfully, does he refresh the screen or it automatically refreshed?
Hi Stephane, Sorry, I was on vacation. I guess we need to check the issue offline through Service Request, as it is not a general issue so we might have to do a remote session to replicate the issue.
