I've created new roles and would like to integrate to all the documents and work order templates, but don't know how. Since there are a lot of it, wouldn't be practical if have to manually add. Please assist accordingly. Thanks.
Hi Adzrai, once you have created the new roles, you will have to select the documents and then add the roles. It is easier to do this one by one but can also be done using a SQL script. If a script is required, we will have to ask development to write you a script. You can add the documents to the basket and add the responsibilities using the Bulk update and adding responsibilities.

Hi Adzrai,Have you tried using Synchronize option from Work Order Template?
Add the required role and save the template and Click on Synchronize button. You can perform it as shown below and update all missing values to its instantiated objects.
