I am evaluating the V16.3 web client.
If I do a search and then try to "Download all results" to get an excel list of my results the data in the excel sheet has the first 10,000 documents from the database, not the 6 from my query.
If I run a report and "download all results" I get an excel sheet with a header row and no data.
How do I fix this?
In our current version 15.5 - I get the correct data in the Excel sheet.

Was there a HF installed on this environment and was web customized in any way? Does it fail with all objects or only with Documents ? I have tested release 16.4 and it works just as V15.

no hot fix installed, no web customization.
for searches on other object types the "downloaded all" file just has the field names 9code, name , status , etc) but no data.
