We have a customer testing eB Records Management feature but they are not receiving any notification after the Disposition Calculation Schedule are run and documents are identified as affected by a Disposition Instruction.
How the RM team can be notified that are documents ready to be disposed?

In the older versions of eB there is no notification. Once person take responsibility to check this at regular intervals, and start the process. Not aware that it has changed in eB 16 as yet. I will attach a document explaining how this works. If a notification action is required, this will have to be set up by a Benley Product Support person.PDF

Thanks a lot for your response. I understand that a notification is not an out-of-the-box feature but we think that could be easily added by using a Database Event and/or database job like the one used for schedule the Disposition Calculation. We have been developing many eB Web Plug-Ins, Database Events and Integrations the last past years, what do you think?

You can do that and see if it works. If not you will have to request development to assist you to do this. please let me know if you get this sorted.
