Can you please tell me in EB what can create multiple duplicate E-mail notifications for some users, and how to resolve this issue please? I have cleared the failed mail queue in SMC, with no success. If the issue is caused at the exchange server level why does it only affect EB mails?

What types of emails are creating duplicates? Is it work notifications, distribution notifications or system creates duplicates even for mails create from left side action pane?

The issue happened before (about 3 months ago) for one user, and the only action I performed was cleaning the failed mail queue in SMC to fix it, but today another user is affected, and it requires more actions. I attached a screenshot of both E-mail, showing that they were sent at the same time to the same user.
This is not automated email and was initiated by someone from specific objects that is mentioned in content of this email. Both email were sent not directly to end-user but to specific outlook group. Could you check other users from this group and ask them have they received duplicate. If they haven't then it's something to do with users account in outlook. If they have received duplicates then we will have to do a remote session to check dB side and see do we have duplicate email jobs. Cheers

It turns out that the name in the E-mail does not represent a group of users but a single generic user instead. I will advise to check outlook for the user inbox issue.
