eB Hard coded / un encrypted passwords

I am afraid, there is no way to find out the in-encrypted password. If you want to you can change it default for Admin, but that too is encrypted string you need to run on Database table.

Actually somewhere in the XML files i have seen that we can edit the user name and the  passwords. Is it in the Web Config file or any other? I am not sure.. Just Asking

There is no way to decrypt the password any where.
You must have seen it in way older version where the encryption was not updated.

Now, all the versions are with encrypted password and it is designed to hide the actual password from all the locations.
