unable to download files from eb to my local disk

I am getting the attached error while trying to download the files from eb to my local disk. plz help.

Hello Lucky, 
 Could you please try following steps to add the eB website to the local intranet zone: 
 
 Run internet explorer and login to eB 
 Click the Tools -> Internet options menu 
 Click the Security tab 
 Select Local Intranet and click the Sites button 
 Click the Advanced button 
 Then click the Add button to add the eB website to the zone 
 Click Close, OK, then Apply 
 Exit internet explorer and login to eB again
