After generating a Transmittal and selecting any user's secondary E-mail while sending the transmittal E-mail, no user receives the mail; in fact the display E-mail still showing the primary E-mail address before pressing the send button.

The steps mentioned on the attached file is the same that I followed to send the transmittal. But unfortunately once the transmittal is created and I click on " E-mail transmittal(s)" it still displays the primary E-mail, even though the secondary E-mail was selected during the creation of the Transmittal. so eventually it ends up sending the transmittal to the primary E-mail still.

Hi Spephane, did you add the 2 e-mail separate or on one line?
It has to be added separately in order to select the correct one. Please let me know. Try this and if there is still an issue we can investigate further
I attached the following files from step 1 to 3.
1. name of file: "settings": to show the settings on director
2. name of file: "selected mails": to show that I have selected both E-mails
3. name of file: "displays only primary e-mail"
I think to reproduce the issue you should click on " E-mail transmittal(s)" , after created the transmittal, to see exactly that it only displays the primary e-mail address.(3)
PS: There is no way I could have added both e-mail addresses on the same line, not possible.
