The 16.4.2 provisioning sheet does not seem to allow multiple folders to be created with the same name even though they have different parent folders. Is there a fix or workaround for that?
Yes. The problem is only with the provisioning sheet. When it looks for an existing folder it only looks for one with the same name, not one in the same parent folder with the same name. As you pointed out, this is supported in the application front end. I just wanted to know if anyone had run into this and had a fix or workaround for it.
