I'd like to know whether it's possible to add new item on the Document / Work Order property template.
For instance, I want to add Transmittal no. column next to the Date Obsolete column and the new item is also searchable from the search function.

Hi Adzrai, unfortunately you cannot add this as it is hard coded. If you want something like that it will require an enhancement and as QA is not doing new enhancements now. You can add the transmittal to the document by sending a transmittal and the holders will show on the document with the transmittals that was attached.

Once you distribute the document, the holders will show against the document. The system adds this automatically. If you open the holders, the transmittal numbers will show on there. Please see attachment.DOCX
