We have a user from Genrec Engineering who is a co-administrator for the organisation. When he tries to log onto the SR Manager he is getting an access denied error message. Please can this be resolved as there is no place the user can log a call to have it resolved.
Could you please assist the user to add this request. Go to Start, ITSD Help and add the company detail, the user detail ie user name, email. Each company normally have a super user (responsible for their help issues), and request as you have mentioned. This request must go to ZFIN_USERMGT QFINOPS_GLOBAL_UM and please state that in you request as well. Support cannot issue any user passwords etc.
