We use Asset Wise eb (version 16.4.2.69). Windows Authentication works fine in IE 11, but gives an error in Chome and Firefox:
"A problem occured connecting to community. Correlation code:...."
Windows Authentication settings was configured according to the Eb Web web.config Guide and information from the ticket:

What could be wrong? Is it possible that Win Auth worked with Chome or Firefox properly?

Thanks for your answer!
We have never been able to log in using Chrome or Mozilla with Windows Authentication. (Remember, in IE it`s ok)
This exception is displayed immediately after clicking the "Login In" button.

Are you selecting the same community which you are selecting from IE. Please check it could be due to selecting different community which doesn't have your account.

Hello. I am not satisfied, because the solution has not been suggested. On the other hand, now I know, that the problem is on our side, and, in general, eb Win Auth is supported by Chrome or Firefox.Regards, Sergey
Please check the following and let me know.
Go to:
Chrome > Settings > Advanced > Open Proxy Settings > Security (tab) > Local Intranet > Sites (button) > Advanced.
And add your site URL here. After this go to IE and login to eB web with Windows Credentials.

The problem is still actual.
I added our eB site to the Local Intranet, as you recommended, but this does not help. What another settings should I check?

Hi,
Clear the following items from browser cache: Cookies and cache. Restart browser.
If it does not work, restart your machine.
If it still does not work change "Automatic logon only in Intranet Zone" setting back to "Prompt for user name and password" in IE options and restart your browsers and retry.
