Hi Bentley & Forum Members,
is there functionality in eB Web to allow users to see what documents they have subscribed to? is there some eql that could be used in a report to show an end user which documents they have subscribed to? I cannot see a subscriptions object in eql though unfortunately.
many thanks,
Julie
Hi Julie, if you go to the person object there is an option in the actions pane to see the subscriptions they have.
Thank you Derick. That is great. is there a way it could be done via eQL so users could click on it and see their subscriptions or is via the person option the only way they can? Thanks in advance
Hi Julie, if you go to eQL and "Start with Documents...." there is an option to see subscriptions by subscriber, under "Fields", i would think you could add a where session id is the logged in user to filter to only the person logged in and this report could be used for all users.
Hi Derick, thank you for that. I have checked and I cannot see anything to do with subscriptions on the right-hand options under Fields. I am on 15.6 version of eB. Am I just not seeing it or is it not available in my eB version? Thank you
Hi Julie, i was looking at V16.6 so there could be a difference in versions. I am sorry about that, i will ask one of the technical people to let me know if there is a way to get this out of V15.6 thru eQL.
