The problem was that the local copy was never deleted?

In 15.6 and higher version we do get option where it ask to mark check box if we want to delete file while check in back

Yes,I get that box in 15.4.1 but it doesn't work. Do you have the latest web component (ActiveX) file for 15.4.1 and hopefully its been fixed?
