I am working on upgrading from eB version 15 to version 16. When I attempt to create a change package in eB version 15 using the change package wizard, the last window is an option to add forms to the change package. When I attempt to do the same in eB version 16, this selection does not appear. I have checked all of the form templates and they are approved. How can I get the form selection to show up in the change package wizard?
I have tried to test this issue, but I am not able to understand about which forms you are talking.
Can you please add some screenshots of this testing. It will be very helpful for us to test and let you know the results.

This option window is not being displayed in our instance of eB v16.7.15 and I am trying to figure out why.
