Bentley Open Rail software

We need some assistance with Bentley Open Rail software.
Whenever we open the software it gives an error with black command prompt screen .

Error message  - cant open macro file [<c:\programdata\Bentley\connect edition\configuration\workspace\training and Examples\worksets\_Civil> default Standards - Metric.cfg], [<C:\Programdata\bentley\connect edition\configuration\workspace\trainng and examples\worksets\training-metric.cfg>], line 21

Please reply asap as this issue is ongoing from a long time
