I've noticed that the latest eB version now is ver. 16.
Is it compulsory to upgrade and may I know how to upgrade?
Our current ver. is 15.6.1.115 and it's been many years since the last upgrade.

Version 16 have better features then 15.6.
You can download it from select site as per given in wiki.

If you wish to upgrade from 15.6 please contact you account manager.
