I´m running eB16.7.25, I´m having an Issue with mail queue.
If my SMTP server is down and a document is e-mailed from eB Web, the e-mail arrives correctly to the queue, and stays as "Ready". When my SMTP server gets up again, the queue on SMC never retry that job and stays for ever in that state. In that state, SMC won´t allow me to manually retry, cancel, or delete job, everything is greyed out, so I can not do a thing.
Can anyone help me with this?

When you open that job that 'stuck' in queue with Ready status by double clicking on it, does it have error message? We have raised a bug in v16 that some jobs fails but status stays as Ready. In that case the only way to resubmit them is to update status to 'E' (Error) directly in db table and after that you can resubmit or delete them from queue. Let me know if that's the case and if you need details where to make updated on DB side
