We are migrating one of our clients´ ambient from eB 15.4 to eB 16.7.25.
All the migration process was successfull. But we have a little concern about file validation going on the SMC.
During the process of migration we change Database server, app server, and repository Server. All this was done correctly and we had no problems at all. But after configuring all the communities on the SMC, we noticed that in the storage queue a huge file validation of every file was taking place. That was consuming resources of the app server.
We would like to know if ther is a way to avoid that file validation in any way.

Starting with version 16.6, the hash key format for files was changed. The purpose of the validation jobs created during the upgrade is to generate the new hash keys or create hash keys if they don't exist.
