Since Chrome and Edge are supported in v16 and IE is having some issues opening PDF files many users have been moved to newer browser but quicly they found other limitation in the use of these browsers: They cannot perform Bulk Import since the options are not there:

Please refer to the 16.7.25 eBImplementationGuide, Chapter 10, bullet point #2, which says:
Bulk Import/Export requires Internet Explorer 10 or 11 and an ActiveX-enabled AssetWise website. Chrome and Edge do not support ActiveX so they cannot be used to run Bulk Import.
