Is anyone else having this issue?
We are running a site with 3 separate servers; App, Web, SQL.
When logged on to the app server using eB System Management Console, we are getting the following message.
"Attempting a connection to the server".
(It usually happens when a job is processing).
This looks like a Network or Internet connection issue.
are you still facing this issue?
Thank you for weighing in on this issue. It continues to be a thorn in our side.
We log in to the application server using an Active Directory Service Account via Windows Remote Desktop. The 3 servers are all in the same Azure Data Center, on a 50 GB ethernet LAN. We have not had this problem on our test server, which has a combined application and web server. It also only seems to occur when a queue job is processing.
Let me know if you have any other suggestions, or tests we can run to determine the root cause.
