Import/Export Tool

Question

Can you use the Grade B Permissions sheet in the Import/Export Tool to add roles to Document Templates? 
 There isn&rsquo;t an Action Column so it wasn&rsquo;t clear to me. 
 This would be extremely useful if you can. Thanks for any help in advance

Yes, you can add or remove roles to Document Templates using the ALIM I/E tool and Grade B Permissions sheet. Action column is not required. If you want to remove all permissions for a role, set V,M,D,A all to 'N'. After import the role will be removed from the template Template Name must match the Template Name on the Document Templates sheet.
