Hi everyone
Is it possible to add a container's "Quicklink URL" to the search results? Whenever the results are downloaded, the document number field (which is usually the hyperlink for someone to click on in front end) is wiped out, leaving it as normal text. Is it possible to add another field that includes the direct URL to the container?
Kind regards
Chris
Hi Chris,
Unfortunately No, that's not possible. The excel takes only the data values.

While you can't access the object URL in eQL, you can construct the URL in eQL as a separate column. The column exports to Excel as text, not a link; workaround is to copy and paste the URL into the browser address barYou can use the ALIM Web UI to generate the Quicklink URL to obtain the URL format, then copy that format to eQL and modifyWe're on MaS so our URL is subdomain.bentley.com. Real subdomain name removed. and community nameeg Quicklink URL format for document AAA-BBB-CCChttps://yoursubdomain.bentley.com/comm/Search/QuickLink.aspx?n=AAA-BBB-CCC&t=3&d=Community%5cName&sc=Global&state=LatestApproved&i=viewInstead of the Quicklink URL format you can also use the object and object type format yoursubdomain.bentley.com/.../Object.aspx&t=3 START WITH Document SELECT Id, Code DocumentNumber, 'yoursubdomain.bentley.com/.../Object.aspx + CAST(Id AS STRING) + '&t=3' DocURL, 'https://yoursubdomain.bentley.com/comm/Search/QuickLink.aspx?n=' + Code + '&t=3&d=Community%5cName&sc=Global&state=LatestApproved&i=view' DocQLURL WHERE Code = 'AAA-BBB-CCC'
I'll be happy to get the link just as text. How do I go about achieving this?
Hi ChrisPlease refer to my previous post with example eQL (START WITH Document.....)
