eB user details

Question

Afternoon, 
 We have been looking at doing away with the need for contractors to have AD accounts to access eB. This is easy enough - just allocate a username and password. Unfortunately, Crossrail policy is that logins to all systems must automatically disable after a period of inactivity, and I can't see any way of doing that in the account details. Is it possible?
