License 'AssetWise Passport' (with ProductID 1922) has been in trail mode for more that 30 days and as a result will run in demo mode

We have been experiencing the following issue. This error message pops-up from time to time when a user is accessing eB Director. When you click "OK" it shuts down the eB Director application. If you then fire eB Director back up it works again but periodically this same error message comes up and forces the application to close.

Any ideas how we troubleshoot this? My understanding is that the organisation has full access to all eB related licences and therefore I don't beleive this to be a genuine licence issue.
