We have been experiencing the following issue. This error message pops-up from time to time when a user is accessing eB Director. When you click "OK" it shuts down the eB Director application. If you then fire eB Director back up it works again but periodically this same error message comes up and forces the application to close.
Any ideas how we troubleshoot this? My understanding is that the organisation has full access to all eB related licences and therefore I don't beleive this to be a genuine licence issue.

Please go to SMC >Licence>License Managment tool >select AssetWise Passport> Activate.

For most features the previous suggestion is correct. However, there has been a change in the way that Passports are handled. This warning message should not have appeared. I have created a Service Request - 7000043312, and we will resolve your issue off-line.
Confirmation of the changes will be posted once that information has been gathered.

AssetWise Passports became AssetWise Clients and now sit under the Parent ‘Bentley Passports’. The number of AssetWise Passports should then be the same as the number of Bentley Passports. What then happens is that if you have any visas, then these also become parents of Bentley Passports. The number of Visas you have is then added to the number of Bentley Passports.
So the number of Bentley Passports that you will then have is the combined number of AssetWise Passports + Visas.
Posting your usage logs (from your deployed Select Server) will resolve the issue. User sites pointing to the hosted select server in Exton will not have this issue.
