We are now getting an error in our web client when attempting to view a file.
The error is across all 3 scopes and does not appear to be usere or file specific.
The error says:
"The application has failed to start because js32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
Note: Re-installing the application does not appear to fix this issue.
Any ideas????
I believe we have found the issue - it does not appear to be an eB issue but instead, the update of an application called Nitro Pro. Here's the website that provided the solution in case anyone else has this issue:
