We often get jobs in the work queue (typically ProjectWise connector jobs) that become stuck in a processing state, and become difficult to kill. Is this going to hotfixed in the future?

Firstly, the way to deal with jobs that are stuck processing, as I think you are aware is detailed here:

There are currently no specific requests to enhance this area to ensure that the jobs can be killed cleanly from the SMC. But that might change in the next few minutes. Standby...
